Adult Ultimate Frisbee

This is a North Metro Sports Association league partnering with Fridley, Mounds View, and New Brighton Parks & Recreation Departments.
 

Register a team or as an individual.
 
When registering a team, a Team Roster & Waiver Form must be filled out and turned in within 48 hours of registration. Once this form is filled out, you can either email it to recinfo@slpmn.org or turn it in to the Parks & Recreation Department at 1301 81st Ave NE, Spring Lake Park.
 
When registering as an individual, you will be placed on a team with other individuals. Teams built of individuals need at least 8 players and will need someone to act as a Team Manager.

This is a Coed league for teams looking for a lower competitive Level, Recreational ultimate Frisbee experience

Fee includes officials, championship awards, & sales tax

$80.00 per team
$10.00 per individual

Games: Thursdays, September 12 - October 24
Game Times: 6:00, 7:00, & 8:00
Registration Deadline: September 5
